Parent Portal Enrollment Guide
The New Philadelphia City School District offers online, Centralized Registration only. Please complete the online application, if you have questions or need more information please email [email protected] or call the Central Registration Office at 330-364-0600 x4007, Susan Ripley. Please do not go to the school of attendance or the Administration Building without completing the online application.

Registration Process
Step 1:
Please CLICK HERE to access the Parent Portal.
- Please either create a new account or log in to
your existing account.
- Click on "Enroll New Student(s)"
Step 2:
- Kindergarten only - Please Print All Forms (see list of downloads below)
Step 3:
After completing the online Registration, the Registrar will reach out to obtain the required documents needed to complete the registration process.
- Any registration forms that were not submitted electronically online
- Birth Certificate, with seal
- Proof of Residence, such as utility bill for gas, electric, or water
- Legal Documents (if applicable, pertaining to custody)
- Immunization Records

** There are additional immunizations that are required to attend kindergarten. It is recommended those be done by your Family Doctor or you may contact the New Philadelphia City Health Dept.
