Washington D.C. Trip will take place May 4-6, 2022

Welty 8th Grade Students have the opportunity of touring Washington DC. The tour will depart Wednesday, May 4th at approx. 6:30am and return Friday, May 6th at approx. 9:30pm. 
 
* Chaperones are Welty School Staff (1 Adult per 10-12 Students) 
* Lead Chaperone is Assistant Principal Mr. Neff
 
Tour Price Per Student: $455 (44-46 students per motorcoach), Tour Includes Barons Bus Lines motorcoach transportation, 2 nights lodging (students 4 per room) at Hilton Washington Dulles Hotel Herndon, Va. 7 meals: 2 Wednesday, 3 Thursday (Including Medieval Times Dinner Tournament), 3 Friday, 3 Custom DC T-Shirts pp, Color Group Picture via Nations Photo pp, Private Hotel Security (2 nights), Traveling Classrooms Tour Manager Per Motorcoach, all taxes & gratuities…No Extras! 
 
Pre-Trip Parent Meeting:  August 17th at 6pm in our school. Traveling Classrooms and Welty Staff will discuss the trip schedule and answer questions. This meeting should last 30-45 minutes. 
 
Registration/Payment/Refund Policies:
* Our preferred method of payment is through PaySchools which is available on www.npschools.org under the Parent tab or by visiting https://www.payschoolscentral.com/. This method is the most convenient and allows you to pay electronically. All payments for the upcoming year can be made through PaySchools as well.

         * $ 205.00 Refundable Balance Due March 25, 2022 * See refund policy
 
REFUND POLICIES
 
Individual Refund Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. That deposit secures the transportation, lodging, meals and admissions per student. * 2nd Payment & Balance Refund Policy: Cancellation 29+ days from departure- Full 2nd Payment & Balance Refund. Cancellation 27-0 days- $50 refund. All refund requests must be emailed to: [email protected]
Group Refund Policy:
  1. If school postpones and reschedules trip: Traveling Classrooms will transfer all payments to the new date. The school will select that date. No individual refunds will be issued.
  2. If school cancels the trip with no reschedule date: Traveling Classrooms will retain $50 per student for all business costs. Traveling Classrooms will work with all vendors to recover and refund all other payments.
