New Philadelphia High School has been named a 2019-2020 Cleveland Clinic Banner School. This award recognizes New Philadelphia High School’s noteworthy success in leveraging community resources to advance student learning.
Cleveland Clinic K–12 Education offers School Programs designed to promote health and wellness, academic achievement, and career preparedness for students in grades K through 12. It takes ambitious teachers and encouraging administrators, to deliver these opportunities to their students. The effort that NPHS Teacher Mrs. Heather Agar has invested in implementing the eXpressions® Program along with the support the district has provided in the process demonstrates an exceptional commitment to student enrichment. This distinguishes New Philadelphia High School as a 2019–2020 Cleveland Clinic Banner School: a distinction earned by fewer than 24% of the 264 schools in ten states that participated in our K–12 Education School Programs this year.
