The grade levels below can come to Welty on the dates listed.
8th grade - May 26
7th grade - May 27
6th grade - May 28
On your designated date you may come in during the following times listed below.
Last names that begin with the letters:
A-E - 8:00 - 10:00
F-L - 10:00 - 12:00
M-S - 12:00 - 2:00
T-Z - 2:00 - 4:00
Makeups - 4:00 - 6:00
All students should enter through the front doors of Welty and follow the blue tape that will eventually lead them to the gymnasium. Along the way students will need to return any outstanding textbooks, library books, calculators, ELA novels, show choir uniforms, music, band instruments, and any other school related item they may have. And, of course, students will need to have their chromebook and charger to return as well!
Once students have returned these items, they will proceed to the gym where they will receive their box of personal belongings from their locker and then exit out the back door number 7.
Please know that we have and will continue to take the necessary safety precautions. We have marked six foot lines on the floor to maintain a safe distance as you wait in line, all of our staff members will be wearing gloves and masks, and the school has been properly cleaned and sanitized by our custodial staff.
