Strategic Plan

New Philadelphia City Schools Strategic Plan 2023-2025 The New Philadelphia City Schools Board of Education adopted a new Strategic Plan on January 10, 2023.  This new plan outlines the goals and objectives that the District will prioritize for the next three years.  This plan was developed in collaboration with district stakeholders including community members, parents, staff, and students.  Quarterly updates will be shared to communicate the progress that is being made over time.
