Extended School Closure Tech Support
If you are having technology issues during the extended school closure use the call-in tech support line: (866) 779-7748 during the hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm to have devices remotely assessed. Be prepared to state your name, student ID, and Google account when using the call-in tech support line.
The following technical issues are examples of how the call-in tech support can assist:
- Password resets for Google/Canvas or Computer
- Account creations for Google/Canvas or Computer
- Computer issues while you are logged in
- File issues
- Web browser issues
- Devices not working properly
For everyone's safety and convience, the technology department will, also, be available by appointment. This will help address any issues that cannot be fixed remotely via the technology support help line (866-779-7748).
