Each year, the Ohio Music Education Association sponsors an All-State Choir event which performs at the OMEA Professional Conference. Over 1,000 students audition to be a part of this group, and 160 are chosen from all over the state.This year, New Philadelphia is proud to announce that Hannah Kilchenman has been selected to be a part of this group, and Jaylynn Huff has been selected as an alternate.
The Students will take part in several regional rehearsals before coming together for full rehearsals with the guest conductor, and the group will perform as the culminating event at the OMEA Professional Conference in Cleveland on February 2, 2019.
