Louie the Lightning Bug has been visiting elementary schools this week sharing the story that we can all save on energy! The Community Energy Savers (CES) program is designed to empower residents and businesses to reduce energy usage in their community. Community members not only have the opportunity to save energy and money in their homes, but help our city to receive a downtown lighting upgrade.
