New Philadelphia's Preschool Program has openings for the 2018-2019 school year. Preschools are located at East Elementary, West Elementary and the South Preschool Center located within the Starlight School Building.
Requirements for the Preschool Program require students to be 3 years of age by August 1st and live in the New Philadelphia City School District. Students may attend at a reduced rate based on income.
