Pre-Participation Physicals
The New Philadelphia Athletic Department will be offering physicals for any Middle School or High School student interested in playing any sport (including Cheerleading and QT's) for the upcoming 2016-17 School Year.
Physicals will be given on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at the Union Hospital HealthPlex at 500 Medical Park Dr., Dover, Ohio.
Cost will be $10.00 each
