“Grease”

We have a number of band members who are involved with the musical this year. The show opens tomorrow night with a 6:30pm performance. Then Friday and Saturday April 27 and 28 the show starts at 7pm in the Welty Auditorium. The acting is “hip” and the music is awesome! Come see the show! - Ms. Nicholson, Mrs. Prucha, Mrs France, Mr. Hershberger all play in the pitt, so come see them play!

Band rehearsal is over today at 3:30pm in order to give everyone involved with the show a chance to go home and come back before rehearsal this evening.

Band Banquet Reminder:

The annual band banquet is Friday May 18, 2012. Please be sure you have this date open for you and your family to attend the banquet. Each year it is one of the highlights of the spring. You family will receive an invitation from the band boosters in the coming weeks. Please be sure to read it and respond in a timely manner. If your family does not receive an invite, please let Mr. Furbay know.

Band Fee reminder:

Seniors I have a copy of your current booster statement if you have a question as to what is owed to close the books on your band booster account. Everyone else, I have an electronic copy of your statement we can look at in my office if you would like the information.

May 28th – Memorial Day parade – 9:30am band room

June 2nd – Graduation (all non-senior band members)
